Yes! You can easily rent online. Simply choose your preferred location, pick the size that suits your needs, and complete the rental process online. It is fast and convenient.

Do I need to bring my own storage lock?

No, you do not need to bring your own lock. Our units use a latch system that requires a cylinder lock. This type of lock is used to ensure maximum security for your belongings. You can purchase it on-site during move-in or at your nearest Pandora Self-Storage location.

What security measures are in place?

We take security seriously to keep your belongings safe. Our storage facilities are equipped with a range of security features, including:

  • 24/7 video surveillance
  • Electronic gate access with individual codes
  • Facility-wide alarm system during closed hours
  • Well-lit premises
  • On-site staff during business hours

Do I need insurance while storing?

All our units are insured through Cowan Insurance Group. The amount of coverage may vary based on your request and the move-in date. While insured, we recommend confirming the coverage level, as certain items or circumstances may not be fully covered. If you are unsatisfied with the coverage limits or if coverage exceptions apply, you are responsible for obtaining your own insurance policy to ensure your belongings are fully protected.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill online through our customer portal, by phone, or in person at the facility. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) for your convenience.

What is your refund policy?

All payments for storage rentals are non-refundable, including early move-outs. We do not offer pro-rated refunds. Exceptions may be granted in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, at the discretion of management. Retail purchases (e.g., locks, merchandise) are final sale.

Do you provide dollies, pushcarts, and moving supplies?

Yes, we provide dollies and pushcarts free of charge at our facilities to help you move items in and out. We also sell various moving supplies, including boxes and packing materials.
