UPDATE Jan 2025 After a small snafu with the billing and a few months of back and forth with Spiros, I am happy to still be able to recommend storage at the facility and customer support. They honored the agreement and also kept me informed and helped with solving billing issues . Sept 2025 Eric and Noah Made the move in process painless, Eric the manager made an offer that was unbeatable for storage and hard to pass on . Was very Clear as well and thorough in the explanation , made sure there were no hidden fees and furthermore was extremely flexible. Noah also helped understand the timing as well as was accommodating by giving me a temporary access . The facility is very clean , secure , weather proof and easily accessible. The obvious downside is getting to it the traffic is well this is Montreal. I would definitely recommend this facility and the staff ..

We are embarking on a major home renovation and needed a storage unit. We looked at multiple places but Pandora caught our eye as the location was the best and being brand new we were able to get any size. We went in just to ask a few questions and were served by a very cordial and polite young man named Noah. We was able to show us multiple sizes and was very attentive to our needs. He explained how the facility functioned with great detail. We left reserving a unit. Right before we were to start our contract, I saw a new promotion being offered and took the chance to see if it could be applied to our contract. Eric helped me out and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend going to see Pandora's staff as they are welcoming and are there to truly help with your needs!! I 100% recommend them!!
